Current DAFMAN name includes Air and Space Forces; AFPC chart still labels USAF NCO PME Graduate Ribbon. Eligibility rule effective 30 June 2017 includes specified resident levels and Reserve-component equivalent distance learning; earlier rules differ. Earliest overall graduation eligibility not confirmed.
Service years and award dates
Years help surface possibilities. A date overlap does not show that someone earned an award. Some date rules describe completion, specific operations or retroactive eligibility, rather than a universal service window.
Service-date coverage for this ribbon is still being confirmed. It remains available in the finder when you enter service years.
Research notes and remaining questions
- AFPC fact sheet's older broad distance-learning clarification differs from current manual's more specific eligibility. Use current DAFMAN for individual qualification.
